Design
Parastar Bags has been making various medical bags for many years now, We have come
to rely on our ability to help clients who have specific needs. Bag design
can be tailored according to the clients specific needs. The minimum quantity rule
will still apply, parastar bags is committed to its wholesale clients.
Should you wish to investigate a new design, you can either send us a sample of
your existing bags for us to effectively quote or you can send images or sketches
of proposed new bags, with internal and external desired sizes.
Branding
Many clients have specific needs when purchasing bags, these may include colors,
print, or embroidery, some clients may take things a bit further and have components
especially made, be it leather tags, or zippers with branding We are able
to offer these services.
Screen Print
Screen printing is the most common and in many cases the most effective form of
branding with bags, Screen prints can either be single color or multiple colors,
please bear in mind however that although the cheapest form of branding, this form
of branding is not the best in all circmstances, the more colors you add to your
design the more expensive the process becomes, you may then decide to move to Embroidery
which may be cheaper at that point and to many more atractive.
A second consideration with screen printing, is that on lower denier material ie
70D, 420D and to a lesser extent 600D; the printing quality is fine, however on
higher denier because the weave of the material is so course it is more difficult
to print especially any of the detail of a print, there is also a higher possibility
that the print may show wear. Although not essential we would suggest Embroidery
or one of the other methods of branding illustrated below.
Embroidery
Embroidery is a firm favourite on bags manufactured with 600D material and higher,
It is no recomended for finer weaves as it could show crease marks. Embroidery
is a great alternative when a client is seeking multiple rich colors, and effects.

Embossed Leather Tags
This personalised method is more intended as a finnishing, the client can opt for
a leather badge that is die-cut and embossed embossed, with a clients logo or brand,
Oweing to the fact that the leather componetnt is die-cut the client can opt for
various shapes, these can be sewn into a panel of the clients choosing.
Rubberised Branding
As woth the Leather option, clients can opt to have a rubberised bade produced which
will illustrate the clients unique branding these patches are sewn onto a panel
and provide for a unique finnishing.
Slider Branding
For larger clients, or clients who will meet certain minimum requirements, may opt
for special pressed nickle plated sliders, this will have the company logo stampted
into the metal, one other option is a printed logo which is coated with resin.
Special webbing Knits
Clients may opt for special order webbing with designs kntted or printed on the
webbing, this is also an effective method of branding especially in a niche product
line.
Internal Lining
Clients may also opt for thier bags internal material to be a printed Linining of
210D Nylon, this is usually a repeated brand and is often seen in branded camera
bags.
Labels
A very common practice with branding is for a lable to be sewn into the bag.
